LAGOS, Nigeria – Nigerian billionaire, Femi Otedola is 60. He is celebrating his 60th birthday with his family on Christina O Super Yacht.
Christina O is a 99 metre/325 feet Super Yach owned by his long time role model, Aristotle Onassis. Otedola not only visited the yacht but also chattered it for three weeks for 2.1 million British Pounds for him and his family to have a fun filled time.
Writing on the three weeks cruise, his lovely daughter, DJ Cuppy, said his father who was dancing on the chair looks very happy and accomplished.
“Looking at my father, I can see how happy, accomplished and still in disbelief… That is what love looks like, Famy first”, she said.
The yacht takes up to 34 guests, 17 cabins and a crew of 38. Chrstina O was purchased in 1954 by a Greek Shipping magnate, Aristotle Onassis who transformed it into the most luxurious yacht of all time.
After the transformation, he went ahead to host very rich guests like Marylyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra, JF Kennedy and Winston Churchill among others.
Christina O is 99.1 metres long, with 14 knots speed. It was built in 1943 and refitted in the year 2020. From October to December, the yacht goes for as high as €700,000 per week.
Cruises are available in Bermuda, Caribbean and the Mediterranean across major cities like Bahamas, Cuba, Croatia, France, Greece, Italy, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Turkey and Virgin Islands among others.
