Wife of the Lagos State Governor Dame Abimbola Fashola will on Tuesday next week unveil the new ultra modern Office complex called Core Media House, owned by Core Media Services,  a communication company.

Speaking at a press conference held at the Bagauda Kaltho press center on Monday in Lagos, the Managing Director Chief Executive Officer of Core Media Services Mr. Jide Adederan said the twin-building located along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway will be unveiled by the governor’s wife to mark the fifth anniversary of the organisation.

Adediran who said his organisation will flag off its digital television station in January next year added that plans are also underway to delve into the social media with fresh ideas. He said that digitization of the broadcast media will add a lot of value to broadcasting in Nigeria.
He said that apart from clear signals, viewers will have wider opportunities of programme choice as more channels will be accessed.

The Core media boss stressed the need for broadcasting organisations to invest in capacity building of production staff and equipment in order to maximise the gains of digitization.
He said his outfit’s opted to move to the new corporate office in order to reposition itself to add value for more for its wide clientele.

Adediran said the outfit which began operations with a three man team, has grown within the last five years of its existence currently has 45 staff and has trained over 132 young Nigerians who have passed through the organisation as interns.
