Nigeria, Sept, 20, 2016- The Supreme Court sitting in Abuja, Nigeria today ruled that Alhaji Yahaya Bello as Governor of Koga State.

The court also threw out the petition of Hon. James Abiodun Faleke who had argued through his counsel that he remains the rightful person and should be proclaimed Governor of Koga State since he was the running mate of late Prince Abubakar Audu who died in mysterious circumstances before all results of the election could be announced.

The judgement tailed with the judgement rendered by the Supreme Court in the case between Celestin Omeha and Rotimi Amaechi. Details later.
