LAGOS – Nigeria’s easy going musician, Simisola Ogunleye, better known as Simi who got married to Adekunle Gold some months back is now expecting a baby.
Simi has not been too active on the social media for some time now only for her to show up today with a bulging stomach.
From the look of things, Simi should be in her last trimester and should deliver in matter of weeks.
Simi uploaded her photographs along with her husband in warm embrace on the social media today and her numerous fans have been wishing her well.
Among her well wishers is female diva, Tiwa Savage. She is wishing them the joy of the cutest baby. “You guys are gonna have the cutest baby”, she said.

Taiwo Adeyemi described the picture as the most beautiful thing on the internet this week.
“Most beautiful thing on the internet this week”, she said. Born 19th April, 1988, Simi grew up dancing and singing as a member of the choir in her church.
She is reported to have written her first song at the age of 10 but her professional career started in 2008 when she released Ogaju.
The albulm Ogaju came with songs such as Iya Temi and Ara Ile, produced by Samklef. She got married to Adekunle Gold in 2019. So, far, theirs has been a tale of marital bliss.
