TEL AVIV – Radical and left wing Minister of Finance in Israel, Bazalel Smotrich is not showing any signs of slowing down on actions targeted at cornering Palestinian land and if possible making Palestine to go into extinction.
He has intensified his antics even after the first doses of unparalleled sanctions from many European countries and Canada to make him to have a rethink.
Just a day after the sanctions, Smotrich has announced the establishment of a new settlement on Mount Al-Khalil, in the West Bank.
According to Hebrew media, five out of the 22 new settlements will be built on lands yet to be stolen from Palestinians.
He also spoke in glowing terms about new roads that will be built between Beit Ur al-Fawqa and Deir Ibzi, which previously had no Israeli settlements.
