    COURT GRANTS JUSTICE NGOZI AJUMOGOBIA, GODWIN OBLA, SAN, LEAVE TO TRAVEL TO U.S FOR MEDICAL ATTENTION

    IKEJA, Lagos, Nigeria – A Lagos High Court sitting in Ikeja today granted Justice Rita Ofili Ngozi Ajumogobia of the Federal High Court, Ilorin relief to travel to the United States for medical treatment for a period of 30 says.




    The court also granted the second defendant, Godwin Obla, SAN leave to also travel to Houston, Texas, United States for medical examination.

    Justice Oshodi of the Lagos High Court ruled that both the judge and the SAN have alot to lose if they fail to attend trial and urged registrar of the court to temporarily release to them their international passport to enable them travel abroad for medical attention.
