Country music legend, Dolly Parton has offered to take home Dolly, a dog believed to have been left behind by one of the spectators at the Glastonbury Festival, England in June where she performed before an impressive crowd.
Parton has pledged to adopt the dog, which animal shelter workers have named in her honor.
According to reports, Dolly, a white fluffy dog is being treated for an ear infection at the Happy Landings animal shelter, which is near the festival site.
The shelter says in a statement that Dolly — the dog that is — is a “sweet-natured older lady” and that it is waiting for her owner to come forward.
