ATLANTA, Georgia, United States – Foremost Nigerian Constitutional Lawyer and Good Governance Advocate, Chief Mike Ozekhome,SAN on Monday, August 28, 2017 had a private meeting with renowned Civil Rights Legend, Ambassador Andrew Young in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.




Chief Ozekhome, a human rights activist and a pro-democracy crusader, has been an Honorary Citizen and Ambassador of Goodwill to the state of Georgia,USA, since 2002.

Ambassador Young is a highly respected global player, former US Ambassador to the United Nations and a former Mayor of Atlanta.

He succeeded during his reign as mayor in positioning Atlanta as the leading global city that it is today, boasting of the busiest Airport in the world.

Young, a believer in the Mohandas Ghandhi’s school of nonviolent resistance and close confidant of legendary Civil Rights icon, Martin Luther King Jnr, was also a former Executive Director of the highly influential Southern Christian Leadership Conference.

He is also a Democrat Congress man(member, House of Representatives),representing Georgia’s 5th Congressional District.

The duo met to discuss pertinent burning issues concerning democracy, good governance, human rights and infrastructure development in the African Continent.

In attendance with the them at the parley were Mr. David Crown,a global Private Equity Investment Magnate and international infrastures developer; Mr. Troy Von Otnott, a leading US Clean Energy Czar and Mr. Eric Fears, who takes charge of Special Projects for the Andrew Young Foundation.

The brainstorming session held at “The Gathering Spot”,Northyards Boulevard,Atlanta,Georgia,USA. These pictures captured the mood during the lively rendezvous.
