CITY SHINE IN OPENING DAY COMEBACK
Ikorodu City kicked off their campaign with an emphatic statement, coming from behind to claim a 3-1 victory over newly promoted Ranchers Bees. Despite an early setback, the Lagos side rallied in front of a rocking crowd, powered by standout performances from their key attackers who controlled the rhythm and took complete charge of the match.
The visitors silence the home supporters early in the contest when C. Okorie struck in the seventh minute to put Ranchers Bees ahead. Stunned by the early goal, Ikorodu City took a moment to regain their footing, but their star players soon asserted dominance.
