LAGOS, Nigeria – Professional photographer and wife of R&B singer, Timi Dakolo who was at the centre of the alleged rape saga involving Pastor Abiodun Fatoyinbo of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly(COZA) is having the best of fun in town.
Since her video surfaced online, revealing how the pastor abused her sexually, she has been the talk of the town. The matter is now in court.
In the last sitting at a Federal High Court in Abuja, the senior pastor filled an application demanding the sum of N50 million as damages from Busola Dakolo for smearing his name in the rape saga.
Fatoyinbo also requested the court to dismiss the suit on the grounds that it is incompetent and frivolous. This comes about two weeks after Dakolo called on Pastor Abiodun Fatoyinbo to appologise to his wife for allegedly defiling her.
In a writ filed on her behalf by her lawyer, Pelumi Olajengbesi and Co, Dakolo, demanded that Fatoyinbo, the COZA pastor should address a ‘personal apology letter’ to Busola showing honest remorse for his misdeed and that the sexual escapade had adversely affected her marital sex life and a cost of N10m.
But today, Busola who has been very reticent since commencement of trial wrote, “Now You See Me😉”, and her comment has generated over 300 reactions. Ufuoma Edevbie, wrote, “We see the Grace and Goodness in You Sis. Just kill us with ur good looks 🤣❤️❤️❤️❤️😘😘😘”, she said. “When you are being loved right you will always look right”, Attah Omateyi said, while Pweetie Kerl simply said,
“My sister and I were living comfortably well until we lost our parents in the space of 7 months, Our lives crumbled. I used to hear people talk about DEPRESSION I never knew how it felt until I became a victim, things has become so terrible for us to the extent that I practically sold almost all my clothes.
“We even had to pull out from sch bcs of the situation of things, we are going through hell right now, I know it’s wrong and shameful asking for help on the internet but I could really use a helping hand right now, I can’t continue to die in silence, We barely eat these days, please i need little financial assistance to get some food stuffs, I genuinely need help”, she said.
