    Bamise: Court fixes February 10 for continuation of trial

    TBS, LAGOS – A Lagos High Court sitting at the Tarawa Balewa Square, TBS, Lagos has fixed February 10 for continuation of hearing in the matter involving Andrew Nice Ominikoron, the BRT driver and 22-year old fashion designer Oluwabamise Anyanwole.

    At the resumption of trial on Friday, before Justice Sherifat Sonaike, counsel to the defence, Mr. Abayomi Omotubora could not progress with filing his written address.

    Prosecution, M.F. Salau informed the court that there was no information from Omotubora on his reason for failing to appear.

    Consequently, Justice Sherifat Sonaike adjourned to February 10 for continuation of hearing.
