Yobe State Governor, Mr. Ibrahim Gaidam has ordered indefinite closure of all secondary schools in the state to forestall further attack on secondary schools by Boko Haram terrorist group, operating in the Northern part of Nigeria. The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Osun State said it has uncovered plot by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to rig the 2014 governorship election in conjunction with the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) for governor of the state, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola. A male BBC reporter, Russell Joslin threw himself under a moving bus after accusing the corporation of covering up allegations that he was subjected to ”unwanted advances” by a female colleague, an inquest has revealed. Joslin is said to have been ”absolutely furious” that the woman he complained about had confessed claims of sexual harassment in the wake of the Jimmy Savile scandal. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has annulled results in eight polling units in the House of Representative election held in Oguta, Imo State, last Saturday, June, 29, thereby declaring the election inconclusive. After so many years of trial, doctors in the US have made medical history when they announced that they have effectively cured a child born with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV).
