LAGOS, Nigeria – World Heavy Weight champion Anthony Joshua was in his home town, Shagamu, Ogun State last week to meet with his family, peers and for mentorship.
Anthony Joshua has been in Nigeria, during which he presented his belt to President Muhammadu Buhari after beating the Mexican heavyweight boxer, Andy Ruiz to reclaim the World Heavyweight Boxing title.
The boxer, whose arrival literally threw Shagamu into a frenzy and cannival of a sort also met owner of Cactus on the Roof, one of the best night clubs in Lagos, Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, better known as DJ Cuppy, daughter of Nigeria’s oil magnate, Femi Otedola.
It was not just a lovely meeting, but the chemistry between the pretty daughter of the billionaire and the handsome boxer was quite superb and DJ Cuppy, who is always on the social media, wasted no time in uploading the video. Click here

She also captioned the video, “slow down Anthony Joshua”, and then a gale of reaction followed, with many warning Joshua not to be carried away by her beauty as a result of the task ahead.
“Abeg fight dey front ooo”, one his fans said. Another fan, who described himself as major1282, simply said, “Go back to training ooo. We need to keep winning, Leave this girl’s oo”, but mc_raw_gold_ said, “See what you are doing @brodashaggi is not good” he said.
