House Committee on Information, Publicity, Strategy and Security has urged staff of Lagos Television and Radio Lagos / Eko FM to be committed to the leadership of the two State owned media organizations.

Chairman of the Committee, Hon. Segun Olulade stated this during the first quarter review of budget of the Lagos Television and Radio Lagos /Eko FM in Lagos.
He further added that since the new Permanent Secretary assumed duty at the Lagos Television within six months, the organization has improved tremendously with the payment of staff salary as at when due as well as re-positioning of the television station for better performance .
The lawmaker promised the new management team that the House would support them in any way possible to make sure that the new standard set is sustained and improved upon gradually to make the two organizations first among their peers.
Earlier, Permanent Secretary of Lagos Television, Kunle Ajanaku expressed delight with the Committee and promised to work with the Committee at all time.
He added that since he assumed duty early this year, the LTV had recorded a lot of improvement adding that all outstanding staff salary had been paid up till date.
