    Mike Ozekhome presents 215 exhibits to Justice Ayo Salami Panel on EFCC recovered Assets, finances

    ABUJA, Nigeria – Legal icon, Chief Mike Ozekhome SAN has presented a total of 84 page documents, 215 exhibits, five videos and 33 recommendation to the Justice Ayo Salami Panel on Alleged Mismanagement of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) recovered assets and finances.

    The panel was set up by the President Muhammadu Buhari to probe former Chairman of the Commission, Mr. Ibrahim Magu over his alleged misappropriation of recovered funds and assets  of the EFCC.

    The Senior Advocate’s exhibits and recommendation contains his inputs on how to revamp, re-engineer and retool the tottering and hemorrhaging anti – corruption fight of the Federal Government.

    The Senior Advocate appeared for the second on Friday, September 18, 2020 after his first appearance on July 28th during which he made oral submission for about two hours along with his exhibits

    The panel later adjourned to enable him makes further testimony.   In his appearance of Friday, Ozekhome made written submission after he was informed by the panel that it is working against time and therefore not able to entertain further oral submission.
