LAGOS, Nigeria – Augustin Ahmedu, better known as Blackface Naija has hailed a fan who attempted to justify his attack on Innocent Idibia better known as 2Face Idibia.

Tuface Idibia and manager of Now Musik, Efe Omorogbe have through their lawyer, Justin Ige filed a N53 million suit against Blackface Naija for what they called defamation of character.

But the fan, whose name could not be ascertained said that but who is obviously not a fan of 2Face said Nigerians Idolise 2Face to such an extent that they take him to be a perfect person that is above mistake.

Besides, he argued that Nigerians never bother to take a look at the works of Blackface but only give attention to him when he attacks 2face Idibia.

” I’m not a big fan of 2baba’s personalities, I think we have idolize him so much that we never even try to think he is human and he has erred or he can err and he should be responsible for his actions”, he said.

Let the art be sacred as it is and let the personalities of the talent carrier be treated separately. That is only way we can truly appreciate creativity and not be ingrates, not worthy of all the artistry of talented people that have been and more that isn’t birth yet.

I’m not a big fan of 2baba’s personalities, I think we have idolize him so much that we never even try to think he is human and he has erred or he can err and he should be responsible for his actions. But that has never stopped me from defending his art.

I was guest appearing on a tv show some months ago and I heard the programme supervisor of the entertainment department accusing the production manager of taking money from 2baba’s team to keep his track on special playlist and I didn’t let him land as I corrected his notion letting him know how relevant 2baba’s music was/is to the entertainment audience out there and he said he isn’t feeling that particular track and my reply was it’s not about him but the larger audience who are always excited to see him on their screen. This isn’t a TEDTalk about Art, neither is it a vendetta against 2Baba. So allow me to get to it quickly to not waste our precious time.

I’ve come to the conclusion that Blackface Naija might not really have a big problem but we are the one creating one for him. And this is my view, when that poor guy releases songs that has nothing to do with 2Baba, he never get on people’s lips but as soon as he insults or calls out 2Baba every blogs, entertainment news and colleagues are ready to call him out, have advise for him or call him names. My question is what do you people really want from him? To die and leave earth because he made y’all favorite a enemy for obvious accusations that 2Baba has never come out to deny?

This isn’t me trying to be a judge but waking up to see all blogs and entertainment news platform suddenly having headlines like “Blackface Naija Calls 2Baba Gay” but ignore other of his body of work that is clean just leave me to say we are all culprits to what so ever situation that poor guy find himself always.
