Top Nigeria’s musician, Iyanya hits Ubi Franklin, says he has ruined many lives

LAGOS, Nigeria- Top Nigerian singer, Iyanya has accused Chief Executive Officer of Made Men Music, Ubi Ekapong Ofem better known as Ubi Franklin of forgery. He said Ubi Franklin forged his signature to ease him out of the board.
Besides, the artiste accused him of paying him peanut. According to him, Ubi Franklin paid him just N145,000 for the period that Teckno was with Made Men Music, even after making so much money.
The musician spoke on Cool FM after Ubi Franklin shared photographs of the contract he signed with Iyanya while he was with MMM. He said that Ubi Franklin lied each time he asked for his share as a director and that Teckno’s Duro yeilded N30 million immediately the music hit the airwaves but that all he get from the windfall was N145,000 as a director in MMM.
He explained that Ubi Franklin also removed his name from the board and replaced it with that of his brothers and forged his signature to effect the change at the Corporate Affairs Commission and that by so doing, Ubi Franklin has ruined many lives.
“Ubi removed my name from the company’s registration form I signed behind me and replaced it with his brothers names as the director, he forged my signature, tell him to post the real CAC agreements, he has ruined so many lives”
