AHMED AHMED ELECTED CAF PRESIDENT

ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia – President of Madagscar Football Association, Ahmed Ahmed has been elected President Confederation of African Football, CAF.

He was elected at during the General Assembly of CAF iin Addis Ababa.

Ahmed who has been running football in the past 14 years defeated incumbent Issa Hayatou emerge President of CAF.

The father of two scored 34 votes to defeat Hayatou, who polled 20 votes
