Lagos, Nigeria – Vice Chancellor, Lagos State University, Prof. ‘Lanre Fagbohun has approved immediate suspension of the Assistant Director, Agege Campus who doubles as Acting Director, Sports, Dr. J.O. Adeogun.
He has been suspended pending the outcome of the investigation into allegations levelled against him.
Dr. Adeogun’s suspension came on the heels of allegations of relinquishing his official responsibility and involving a non-LASU Staff in the conduct of sensitive official assignment in the External System.
Consequently, Dr. Adeogun of the Department of Human Kinetics and Sports, has been directed to hand over to the Director of External System and the Chairman, Sports Management Board, respectively, on his official positions.
