Iran warns allies of Israel ahead of retaliatory strikes

TEHRAN, Iran – The Islamic Republic of Iran has written to allies of Israel in the Middle East, warning them to stay out of the anticipated retaliatory strikes from Israel against Tehran.

Iran issued the warning following statements credited to Israeli officials that attack on Iran is imminent and that it will be so surprising that Tehran will not be able strike back almost immediately.

The letter according to sources were sent to Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, UAE and others not to allow Israel to use their air space to launch attack on Iran.

Tehran has said it will view allies who allow their airspace to be used for that purpose as legitimate targets.

Allies of Iran, operating in Iraq have also implored America and its allies to stay out of the confrontation between Iran and Israel otherwise their interests, including bases in the region will become legitimate targets.
