“It will be interesting to see how the Saudi Pro League will develop in the future,” Kahn said on Sunday on social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter.
Kahn said he was shown the training facilities of the Al-Nassr club and attended a training session of the team, posting photos of himself with Ronaldo and Mane.
Two days earlier, Kahn posted from a visit to the Al-Hilal club along with himself and Neymar.
“As part of my trip, I visit the clubs of the Saudi Pro League. Thank you to Al Hilal FC for hosting me at your legendary club. Great moment to meet with coaches, players and their superstar Neymar,” Kahn said.
Ronaldo started a big influx of star players to the Pro League when he joined Al-Nassr in December, with the likes of Mane, Neymar, Karim Benzema, Jordan Henderson and N’Golo Kante following this summer. Coaches including Stephen Garrard have also made the switch.
Former Germany and Bayern captain Kahn had to go as CEO in May, along with board member for sport Hasan Salihamidzic, and his contract until 2024 was later terminated.
