AREPO, Ogun, Nigeria – Less than two months after the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar was busted in audio confessing his use of Special Purpose Vehicles, SPVs  to siphon money from public purse, another audio emerged today in which Atiku and the Sokoto State Governor, Alhaji Aminu Tambuwal and another person whose voice could not be clearly ascertained were plotting how to rig the presidential election slated for tomorrow Saturday, February 25.

In the audio, which has gone viral, the former Vice President and the Sokoto state governor and one other person itemized procedures that they will deploy in an Atiku must be president strategy.

Meanwhile, the PDP has described the audio as fake

However, among the strategies include using technology, prevailing on INEC officials not to deploy BVAS, which has been described as the game changer.

The other strategy is to bribe officials of INEC to ensure that Atiku emerges as the next president of Nigeria at all cost.

In the audio here attached, Atiku made mention of modern technology that will be deployed and that money will be provided to INEC officials from the ward level to the headquarters.

In the video, an unidentified individual said pointedly that this is the best time to rig the elections. Atiku interjected, stressing that those of them, three in the online meeting must ensure that INEC does not use BVAS, which he said ensures that the will of the people prevails as could be seen in the Osun election.

Atiku also talked about the use of Central Bank to get money to bribe INEC officials. In the audio, Tambuwal made it very clear that the numbers will count in this case if INEC  deploys BVAS and that the issue should not be treated lightly.
