CALIFORNIA – At least 20 people have been killed in the weeklong wildfire raging in California, Unites States.  The fire which is still raging in some area has left many firefighters exhausted even as help has arrived from Mexico to assist with the fire.

As firemen continue to battle the raging fire, the California fire department has issued a warning stressing that Southern California will face critical fire weather through Wednesday.

“Life threatening winds and dangerously low humidity are forecast for much of Southern California, from Ventura to San Diego”, adding that the weather will create a significant risk for rapid fire spread.

Meanwhile, Governor Gavin Newson has refuted reports that CAL fire department cut  firefighting budget.

“We have nearly doubled the size of our firefighting army and build the world’s  largest aerial firefighting fleet “, he said, adding that the department has increased forest management tenfold  since he took office and that California will not allow for looting.
