TEHRAN – The Supreme leader of Iran Sayyed Ali Khamenei has called for global coalition to confront Israel following its genocidal war in Gaza and Lebanon.

Khamenei who spoke at a meeting with families of Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, IRGC killed in Israel’s retaliatory attacks on Iran stated that standing up against Israel does not mean merely cutting off economic aids.

“It means forming a global political and economic coalition, and if necessary a military one against this wicked entity committing the most horrendous war crimes”, Khamenei said.

He also spokeon response the Israel’s attack on Iran:

“Only a strong Iran can ensure and secure the country and people’s safety and progress. Therefore, Iran’s strength in all economic, scientific, political, defense, and administrative fields must increase day by day”, he said, adding that  most people are exaggerating the incident (the zionist attack) for specific purposes, but downplaying it and saying it was insignificant is also a mistake.

“They are caught up in miscalculations regarding Iran. They don’t understand Iran. They still haven’t fully grasped the strength, capability, innovation, and will of the Iranian people. We need to make them understand these things.

“Officials in the country should determine how to convey the power and will of the Iranian people to the zionist entity; the enemies need to know who the Iranian people are and what Iranian youth are like.

“The current thinking, motivation, courage, and readiness among the Iranian people today is what creates security. We must preserve this.

“Some people believe, in their strange analysis and thinking, that refraining from producing tools that provoke the arrogance of the oppressors, like missiles, can bring security to Iran. This thought and mistaken perception, in reality, tell the people and officials to keep the country weak to stay safe!”, he said.

Sayyed Ali said the tragedy of Iran’s occupation in World Wars I and II, despite the country’s declaration of neutrality, attributing it to the incompetent or traitorous rulers’ policies.

“They turned away from real power tools, leading the nation and the country into a state of disgrace, weakness, and helplessness in providing security”.

Khamenei addressed the horrific crimes committed by the zionist entity in Gaza, including the martyrdom of ten thousand children and more than ten thousand women, which he described as some of the most heinous war crimes.

He criticized the shortcomings of governments and international organizations like the United Nations in confronting this entity’s actions in Gaza and Lebanon.

“War has rules, laws, and limits, and not all boundaries can be violated in wars. Yet the criminal gang ruling over the occupied lands has trampled over all of these rules and boundaries.

“Standing against this entity does not mean merely cutting economic aid, which is one of the ugliest and greatest sins. Rather, it means forming a global political and economic coalition, and if necessary, a military one, against this wicked entity committing the most horrendous war crimes.

“Undermining psychological security in society is a component of this soft warfare, and everyone has witnessed how they use virtual space to pursue their objectives.

“Take pride in yourselves and your martyrs. Without the presence of these martyrs and security guards, many difficulties would have befallen the country and its people”, Khamenei said.
