BEVERLY HILLS – Multi-talented American artist, Jennifer Lopez(JLo) has opened up on her life and romance in recent times. The musician who spoke to Interview Magazine said she is presently not interested in any romance.
“Being in a relationship doesn’t define me. I can’t be searching for happiness in others. I have to find happiness within myself.”
Recall that the musician who recently broke up with her husband Affleck said she has set a new bar on relationship and presently interested in going solo.
“There’s a new bar because I’m not looking for anybody. I’m focused on flying solo.”
She said that though the crash of her marriage came as a surprise, it has led her to where she needed to be and she is therefore expressing no regrets.
“Not for one second. It almost took me out for good, but now I see it was exactly what I needed”.
Lopez, who is the mother of 16-year-old twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony said she remains a good mum, irrespective of what people are saying.
“I know who I am, and I know I’m a good person, a good mum. My friends and family know who I am.”
She explained that putting a break on her career, including a halt on tours was necessary to focus on her children. “It was the hardest time of my life, but also the best, because I was able to do that work on myself.”
