GAZA – The continuous presence of the Israeli Defence Forces, IDF in the Gaza Strip remains the greatest threat to the lives of captives held within the axis.

This is based on the new revelation on circumstances surrounding the death of the six Israeli captives held in the Gaza Strip.

According to the report, the Palestinian Liberation Movement, Hamas outside the Rafah tunnel where the six captives  kept observed IDF forces moving in their direction and decided to execute them.

One account says that the IDF troops were either not aware they were being monitored in real time, or they didn’t know that captives were in the vicinity.

But their mere presence led to the killing of the captives.

We gathered that the guards in charge of the 101 captives in Gaza now have standing order to eliminate captives if they observe IDF soldiers within an area where the captives are held following the incident in Rafah where the IDF  killed over 200 civilians to rescue just four captives.

Meanwhile, the IDF said that over the past night, based on IDF and ISA intelligence, IAF aircrafts conducted a targeted strike on resistant forces who operated in a Command and Control Center used by the Hamas organizations and the Islamic Jihad, which was embedded in the humanitarian area in Deir al-Balah.

“The Command and Control Center was used by the terrorists as a terror infrastructure from which terror attacks were planned and directed against IDF troops and the State of Israel.

“The strike was conducted to remove an immediate threat.

“Prior to the strike, numerous steps were taken to mitigate the risk of harming civilians, including the use of precise munitions, aerial surveillance, and additional intelligence”,IDF Spokesman, Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said in a statement.

He said that Hamas in the Gaza Strip systematically violate international law and operate from within civilian infrastructure, brutally exploiting the Gazan civilian population for its activities.

” The IDF will continue to operate against the terrorist organizations and in defense of the State of Israel”, he said.
