LAGOS, Nigeria – Nollywood filmmaker, Yomi Fabiyi is still crossed that justice is yet to be seen since the death of fast rising musician, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba alias Mohbad.

To this end, he will be leading other Nigerians in protest to the Lagos State House of Assembly.  He has announced Monday September 30 for the protest to demand for justice for the musician who many believed was murdered.

Fabiyi said those behind the heinous crime are spending million upon millions to cover up the incident, create distractions and bury the many blatant evidence.

Mobad died September 12, 2023, while his body was exhumed for autopsy, September 21, 2023, about eight days after he passed.

Speaking before the Coroner,  Magistrate Adetayo Shotobi,  the deceased younger brother, Adura recounted events, alleging an altercation on June 25, 2023, at Elegushi Beach where the deceased was assaulted by Sammy Larry and associates.

Sammy Larry purportedly threatened the deceased’s life and those of his friends on that occasion.

Adura further claimed that on September 10, 2023, at an Ikorodu event, a dispute escalated between the deceased and Prime Boy, resulting in a physical confrontation where the deceased injured his hand against a car’s glass. Subsequently, the deceased expressed a need for medical attention due to the injury.

Following an injection administered by a nurse recommended by Ayobami Sodiq, the deceased started vomiting and was taken to two hospitals, Curamed Hospital and Preze Hospital at Lekki, both confirming his demise.

There was also a report of a leaked audio conversation between  Sam Larry and his boss, Naira Marley to the effect that all police station has been settled.
