CALIFORNIA – Husband of Vice President of the United States of America, Doug Emhoff is a happy man. He is about the happiest man seeing his lovely wife almost grabbing the Democratic Party nomination to contest for President of the United States.
He has already kicked off the campaign like his wife, calling on all to support his wife. He expressed optimism that she will earn the nomination, unit the party, unite the country and win the election, but that help is needed to win the election, which is around the corner.
“My wife, Vice President Kamala Harris is running for President. She needs your support. We need you to register, we need you to donate, we need you to vote and we need you to help elect her the next president of the United States”, he said, adding that there is need to knock doors, to make phone calls to make to get her into the White House.
Dough Emhoff is a Jew and a leading voice in combating antisemitism and hatred. He has practiced law for close to three decades and cares deeply about equality and social justice.
He earned a degree in communication studies from the California State University, Northbridge and a Juris Doctor from the USC Gould School of Law.
Doug Emhoff is an enforcement litigator and has worked in many law firms, including Pillsburgy Winthrop, Belin Rawlings & Bridal and DLA Piper. He also taught Entertainment Law at the Georgetown University Law Centre.
He was born October 13, 1964 in Brooklyn but grew up in New Jersey and California. He had two children, Cole and Ella from his previous marriage before he married Kamala Harris in 2014.
