LEBANON – The armed wing of the Lebanese Resistant Movement, Hezbollah has fired about 50 missiles into Occupied Galilee and other parts of Northern Israel in support of the oppressed people of Palestine who are constantly under attacks by Israel.
Hezbollah fired the missiles even as the United States Central Command says retaliatory attacks on Israel for killing 14 people including top Revolutionary Guard Commanders at the Iranian consulate in Damascus is imminent.
Top Iranian officials had said Iran will strike Israel directly in retaliation.
So far efforts by the United States and its its allies to persuade Iran to de-escalate tension in the Middle East by not retaliating has gone unheeded with Iran saying that retaliation was necessary to serve as a deterrent.
