Yemeni Armed Forces test hypersonic missiles, upgrade drones

YEMEN – The Yemeni Armed Forces has upgraded its weapon arsenal through a successful test run of hypersonic missile in the region.

The hypersonic missile according to Sputnik has a maximum speed of 10,000 km/h.

The armed armed Forces is putting in place arrangement to start local production of the missiles, hoping to deploy them in attacks in the Red Sea, Gulf of Arden and other areas in continuation of pressure to halt Israel’s genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.

The Yemeni Armed Forces is also reported to have upgraded their missiles and drones, doubling the destructive power of their warheads following months of testing that began after Al-Aqsa Flood.

Last week, Ansarallah Commander Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr El-Din Al-Houthi’ who was speaking on attacks on American ship in the Red Sea said:

“New weapons were used in the recent operations, and they surprised the American and the British,” and reaffirmed, as usual, that military development and escalation is ongoing.

“What comes next will be greater in every sense of the word,” Sayyed Al-Houthi added.

Minister of Defense Major General Al-Atifi also stated last week that the Armed Forces have many cards they have not yet played.
