GAZA, Palestine – The Israeli Defence Forces, IDF is yet to release or give further information about the Independent Palestinian Journalist, Bayan Abusultan who was kidnapped along with other journalists when the occupation forces invaded Al Shifa Hospital in the Gaza Strip.
Bayan Abusultan was taken from the small tent occupied by journalists in March 19, 2024 including the Al Jazeera journalist, who was released 24 hours following pressure from Aljazeera.
But she was neither released, nor where other social media content producers feeding the international audience about the horrific genocide perpetrated by the IDF in Gaza and in the Occupied West Bank.
The last story she reported before her abduction in March 19, 2024 was the March 12, 2024 Palestinian children protesting the indescriminate bombing and genocide which has led to over 14,000 deaths among children.
Before then, she reported the story of a Palestinian woman who was gathering firewood from the bombed Alshatia Refugee Camp to prepare meals for her family.
In the story Bayan Abusultan drew attention of the world to imminent famine in Northern Gaza, where Israel mounted blockade for months, and in the process preventing aid from getting to the starving population.
