Furthermore, Israel DMW highlighted the unexpected challenges in their union, shedding light on how marrying someone from a Christian background and as a virgin did not guarantee marital harmony in their case.
He shared, “Marrying someone you met during evangelism, a pastor’s daughter, a member of the same Winners Chapel church, especially as a virgin, didn’t ensure the peace we hoped for. It’s essential not to rush into trust; people can change unexpectedly.”
Their relationship commenced on February 19, 2022, evolving from friendship to intimacy. Sheila had shared her condition of preserving her virginity until marriage due to her mother’s history and her perceived urgency to wed at 21. Israel willingly supported her, providing financial aid and upgrading her lifestyle significantly.
“I met Sheila on February 19, 2022. We started as friends, which later developed into an intimate relationship. She made it clear she would only lose her virginity to the man she’d marry since her Ugep, Cross River, mother, aged 41, had previously married two men, having two kids, before marrying her father.
