LAGOS Nigeria – The spiritual father and chairman of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide, Prophet Samuel Adefila Abidoye is dead.He was 103.
It’s not clear what led to his death.
But confirming the incident, former Presidential aspirant of Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi described him as an outstanding committed servant of God and that he touched the lives of many in Nigeria and beyond.
He wrote:
” I have just received the sad news of the passing on of the Spiritual Father and Chairman of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide, Prophet Samuel Adefila Abidoye, at the age of 103.
Prophet Abidoye was an outstanding committed servant of God who touched millions of lives positively across the nation and beyond.
His death has left a big vacuum, not just in his denomination, the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide, but in the entire Christendom and our nation Nigeria. I commiserate with the entire Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide, the Christian Association of Nigeria, the government, and the people of Kwara State over his irreplaceable loss. May God who called him home, grant him eternal rest”.
