IKEJA, Lagos – The Lagos Police command has announced the arrest of a ‘One Chance’ taxi syndicate, led by one Folashade Sholagba, a 36 year old female in Lagos. She was arrested with Seun Oke, (29) a male suspect operating with her.
According to Public Relations Officer of the Lagos State Police Command, Mr. Benjamin Hundeyin, the suspects, who operate with their Toyota Corolla car at the 7Up toll gate area were arrested by men of the Iju Police Devision.
As he puts it, Eagle-eyed officers at the Iju Division swooped on the suspects when their victims screamed for help.
He said the third suspect in the syndicate is still on the run, adding that investigation is still in progress.
“Eagle-eyed officers of. Iju division have arrested a one chance syndicate following their victims scream for help. The suspects, Folashade Sholagba(36) and Seun Oke, male, 29 specialised in picking victims with their corolla at 7up toll gate. A third suspect is on the run. Investigation is in progress”, Benjamin Hundeyin said.
