 LAGOS, Nigeria – Jehovah’s Witnesses from all walks of life will in evening today at about 6:30pm celebrate the memorial of Jesus Christ.

 The celebration which will be held in Kingdom Halls all over the world holds on Tuesday, April 4 because it coincides with the Nissan 14, the day that Jesus Christ  Celebrated the memorial with the 11 apostles in the Jewish Calendar.

 Jesus Christ celebrated the memorial with the 11 after  the Passover, which he celebrated with the 12 including his eventual betrayer, Judas Iscariot, who left during the celebration to carry out his evil plot.

 Jehovah’s Witnesses will celebrate the event with two emblems, the unleavened bread and the wine, which stands for Jesus’ unadulterated body and the wine, which represents the blood Jesus shed in behalf of all for forgiveness of sin and the resurrection hope.

 Jehovah’s Witnesses invite you to this grand event, which is the only celebration in the Holy Bible that Jesus Christ told his disciples to celebrate in his behalf, See Luke 22: 19.
