LAGOS, Nigeria – Former Minister of Aviation and Spokesman of the Presidential Campaign Council of the All-Progressive Congress, APC PCC , Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode, FFK, has received the bashing of his life from Nigerians for calling Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Mr. Godwin Emefiele enemy of democracy over Naira redesign and old Naira swap policy.
FFK, who called for total cancelation of the exercise until after the 2023 general election said the apex bank governor wants to “cause crisis, provoke a people’s uprising, derail democracy and pave way for an Interim National Government, ING”.
But in reply to him and other politicians pressing for postponement of the exercise until June ending, Nigerian said the politician should mind his business.
A Nigerian lady, who identified herself as Ngozi told him politely, “We are not complaining sir”.
