LAGOS, Nigeria – Habeeb Okikiola better known as Portable or Zazuu is in trouble. The musician who came into prominence earlier this year may have chosen a path to ignominy with his confessional video wherein he admitted that he founded the bloodletting cult group, One Million Boys in Lagos.
Portable is making the confessional statement, less than one week after campaigning for the All Progressive Congress, APC in Osun, where he urged the electorate to do their job if they collect money. He also confessed collecting money from the party for the campaign and that he will do it again.
His outburst on the issue strained his friendship with David Adeleke alias Davido, who also campaign for his uncle, Senator Ademola Adeleke in Osun.
Following the self-recorded video confession, which he uploaded on the social media, the Inspector General of Police has ordered his men to launch a probe into the confession.
Recall that the cult group, One Million Boys has been accused for killing and maiming dozens in Lagos and surrounding states . Potable is likely to be charged for the bloodletting orchestrated by the One Million Boys in Nigeria.
Spokesman of the Nigeria Police Force, Lagos, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi said the IGP issued the directive as part of continuous effort by the Nigeria Police Force to fish out pillars and sponsors of cult groups in order to decimate their activities and restore sanity to our society.
The video has been deleted by Portable. Recall that some cultists were arrested in Osun with charms, after disrupting elections in Osun and publicly destroying INEC ballot papers and even carting away ballot boxes from polling units.
An agent of the PDP was reportedly shot in the head by a cult group, some of whom confessed to have been imported from Lagos into Osun State.
