KYIV, Ukraine – President of the embattled Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said he is leaving Kyiv to France and will remain there for two weeks.

Meanwhile, Zelenskyy has declared martial law in Ukraine and he is fleeing at a time when Ukraine is under heavy bombardment by Russian forces. While he is in France Ukraine will be run by Antony Martial, a top general in Ukraine.

Meanwhile, he said more than 40 soldiers and up to 10 civilians have been killed and a few dozens induring during Russian invasion

Meanwhile, the European EU leaders have promised “harshest ever sanctions” against Russia in response to what they described as “barbaric attack”
