ABUJA, Nigeria – Precious Chikwendu, the estranged wife of former Aviation Minister, Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode has said that FFK has erectile dysfunction and could therefore not perform his matrimonial duties for six years.

Precious Chikwendu who was narrating her ordeal at a Customary Court in Abuja, said the development prevented her from having sex for a period of six years.

The former beauty queen told the court that the four children she had for the former minister came through artificial insemination and that the former minister neither performed any rites nor paid any  brideprice to her parents and that what happened between her and FFK was nothing but cohabitation.

She, therefore, prayed the court to declare that she was never married to FFK and was never his wife in the first instance.

The pretty lady who has also made a career for herself in acting also gave vivid details of how the former aviation minister assaulted her while both were living together and that FFK lied to her that his marriage to his third wife had ended.

In the suit marked,  FCT/CCK8/01/043/2021, was filed by her counsel, Mr Abiodun E. Olusanya, Precious Chikwendu  is seeking among others,  “an order declaring that there was no customary marriage between the petitioner and the respondent (despite their six-year cohabitation) under the Nanka, Orumba North, Anambra State of Igbo native law and customs.

Her counsel is also arguing that “ assuming by the evidence during the trial the court finds that there was a customary marriage between parties:

“An order dissolving the customary marriage between the petitioner and the respondent forthwith; an order granting the petitioner access to and custody of the four children of the cohabitation between parties,  especially during their academic calendar; an order ordering the respondent to be continuously responsible for the academic, medical, clothing and welfare of the four children of the cohabitation.
