LAGOS, Nigeria – The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has confirmed 165 new cases of Coronavirus pandemic, bringing all time cases to 210, 460.
But out of the 210, 460 all time cases, 202, 379 patients have been treated and discharges, while 2, 882 others could not make it alive, leaving Nigeria with 5199 active cases of Coronavirus, while 26 patients died in the last 24 hours.

There are now 243,780, 679 confirmed cases of Coronavirus pandemic worldwide, 4, 950, 943 patients are no more, while 6,822, 314,834 doses of Coronavirus vaccines have been administered worldwide based on the latest statistics from the Centre for Systems Science and Engineering, Johns Hopkins University, Maryland.
According to the centre, the United States remains the most afflicted country, reporting 45, 444, 816 all time cases, while 735, 941 patients have passed on(26, 119 new 224 deaths#), followed by India, with 34, 189, 774 all time cases and 454,712 others are no more(30, 212 new and 1004 deaths#) and Brazil which has reported 21,729, 763 all time cases, while 605, 644 patients have perished(17, 920 new 505 deaths#).
The United Kingdom remains the 4th country most hit, reporting 8, 814, 735 all time infections and 139, 940 deaths(38, 916 new and 62 deaths#), followed by Russia which has reported 8, 149, 946 confirmed cases and 227, 506 deaths(71, 637 new and 2089 deaths#) and Turkey with 7, 851, 775 confirmed cases, while 69, 112 patients have passed on (51, 009 new and. 412 deaths#)
France remains the 7th most afflicted country, reporting 7, 226,965 all time cases, while 118, 405 patients have passed on(5024 new and 9 deaths#), followed Iran, which has documented 5,868, 360 all time cases, while 125, 363 patients have passed on(16, 690 new and 311 deaths#) and Argentina with 5, 280, 358 all time infections and 115, 826 deaths(1448 new and 7 deaths#).
Spain has come up as the 10th country most hit with 4, 997, 732 all time cases, while 87, 132 people have kicked the bucket and South Africa now reporting 2, 919, 632 all time infections and 88, 925 deaths(300 new and 11 deaths#).
