BICHI, Kano, Nigeria – Bichi, the beautiful city in Kano State will on Saturday, August 21 be a Mecca of sort, when it will play host to politicians of all sorts, including former presidents, former governors, senators and members of the house of representatives.#yusufwedszarah
The sprawling town will also receive royal fathers from far and wide for the grandest event, the marriage of President Muhammadu Buhari’s son, Yusuf to the love of his life, Zarah Bayero.
Already security has been beefed up around the Palace of the Emir of Bichi where the holy matrimony will take place. The president has already dispatched a delegation of eminent personalities to Bichi, Kano State, ahead of what promises to be the biggest marriage and social gathering of the year.
Ironically, the marriage is taking place at a time that the third wave of the Coronavirus pandemic is surging at an alarming rate. This notwithstanding, the city has come alive and will be a beehive of activities between Friday and Saturday when the marriage will take place.
We gathered that all the best hotels in Bichi and indeed Kano Sate have already been booked ahead of the grand event.
