ABUJA, Nigeria – The Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC has called for inputs on regulatory guidelines on Telephone Subscribers Registration, SIM Replacement and Spectrum Trading Guidelines published on its website, https://www.ncc.gov.ng.
The publication, in the words of Director Public Affairs, Dr. Ikechukwu Adinde is in line with the Nigerian Communications Act 2003.
Interested stakeholders are requested to provide inputs on the three subjects, Registration of Telephone Subscribers Regulation, SIM Replacement Guidelines and Spectrum Trading Regulation ahead of a virtual public inquiry scheduled to hold on Tuesday, October5, 2021 in line with Section 57 of the Act.
“Interested stakeholders are required to make written submission on the subject and participate in the public inquiries”, he said, adding that details of the virtual meeting will be forwarded to interested attendees prior to the public inquiries.
