LAGOS – The Nigeria Centre for Disease Controls, NCDC has confirmed 1149 new cases of Coronavirus pandemic, bringing all time cases to 184, 593. But out of the 184, 593 confirmed cases, 167, 738 patients have been treated and discharged, while 2, 236 others could not make it alive, leaving Nigeria with 14, 619 active cases of Coronavirus pandemic, while 7 patients have died in the last 24 hours.#coronaviruspandemic

There are now 209, 112, 297 confirmed cases of Coronavirus pandemic, 4, 389, 519 patients are no more, while 4, 784, 315, 510 doses of Coronavirus vaccines have been administered worldwide based on the latest statistics from the Centre for Systems Science and Engineering, Johns Hopkins University, Maryland.
According to the centre, the United States remains the most afflicted, reporting 37, 138, 759 confirmed cases, while 624, 344 patients have died(163, 521 new and 1189 deaths*) , followed by India, which has documented 32,285, 857 all time infections, while 432,519 patients have passed on(35, 178 new and 440 deaths*) and Brazil which has documented 20, 416, 183 confirmed cases, while 570,598 patients are no more(37, 613 new and 1106 deaths*).
France remains the 4th country worst hit, reporting 6, 609, 822 confirmed cases, and 113, 228 deaths(36, 092 new and 136 deaths*), followed by Russia with 6, 572, 246 all time cases, while 169, 948 patients have died(20, 312 new and 779 deaths*) and the United Kingdom which has reported 6, 385, 940 confirmed cases, while 131, 577 patients have kicked the bucket(33, 716 new and 111 deaths*) .
Turkey remains the 7th country most hit, reporting 6, 138, 422 all time cases, while 53, 675 patients are no more(41, 636 new and 351 deaths*), followed by Argentina, which has reported 5, 096, 443 confirmations and 109, 405 deaths(8172 new and 300 deaths*) and Colombia, now reporting 4, 874, 169 all time infections, while 123, 688 lives are no more(3247 new and 108 deaths*).
Spain remains the 10th country most afflicted, reporting 4, 745,558 confirmed cases, while 82, 883 patients have passed on(11, 956 new and 144 deaths*) and South Africa with 2, 638, 981 confirmed cases, while 78, 277 patients are no more(14, 727 new and 284 deaths*).
