ENUGU, Nigeria – Wild jubilation has rocked the coal city, Enugu following the sudden appearance of the Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry, Fr. Ejike Mbaka.
Fr. Mbaka disappeared on Monday, few days after he spoke against insecurity in the country and told his audience that although he supported President Muhammadu Buhari in his re-election bid, God has told him to prophesy against him and thanked leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu for his courage in standing up against oppression.

Fr. Mbaka also called for impeachment of President Muhammadu Buhari as a result of unpleasant insecurity reports and killings across Nigeria.
His prophesy did not go down well with the Presidency who said he turned against Buhari due to his failed contract bid. The All Progressive Congress(APC) also issued a statement, condemning him with a threat to report him to the Pope.
“Calling on President Muhammadu Buhari to either resign or be impeached because of the current challenges is ungodly. Father Mbaka should not, however, take his luck too far because there is a lot to tell the Vatican and the Pope about his person and his sources of inspiration… emulate the likes of Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God RCCG and Pastor WF Kumuyi of the Deeper Life Bible Ministry and many other true men of God who will rather fast and pray to avert a crisis in the country instead of threatening the government of the day”, APC spokesman, Yekini Nabena said.
But Fr Mbaka appeared as followers thronged the street, protesting his disappearance since Monday. Even, SERAP also tasked the state and Federal government to account for his whereabout.
Fr. Mbaka is yet to speak on his sudden disappearance.
