LOS ANGELES – Former World number one golfer, Tigre Woods  has spoken for the first time since his near death accident in February 23rd 2021 in Los Angeles.

Tigre Woods, who was very thankful for the way he was saved when he crashed his car, singled out two good Samaritans who came to his assistant when it mattered most.

He expressed special appreciation to the  LASD Deputies and  LA Firefighter/paramedics,  especially LA Sheriff’s Deputy, Carlos Gonzalez and LAFD Engine Co. #106 Fire Paramedics, Smith and Gimenez, for helping him so expertly at the scene and getting him safely to  the hospital.

“I am so grateful to both of the good Samaritans who came to assist me and called 911. I am  also thankful to the LASD Deputies and  LA Firefighter/paramedics,  especially LA Sheriff’s Deputy, Carlos Gonzalez and LAFD Engine Co. #106 Fire Paramedics, Smith and Gimenez, for helping me so expertly at the scene and getting me safely to  the hospital”, he said.

The golfer said he will continue to focus on his recovery and family and thanked everyone for the overwhelming support and encouragement he has received throughout this very difficult time.

“In the last few days, I received words from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department that their investigation regarding my traffic accident back on February 23rd in Los Angeles has been completed and closed.  I am so grateful to both of the good Samaritans who came to assist me and called 911. I am  also thankful to the LASD Deputies and  LA Firefighter/paramedics,  especially LA Sheriff’s Deputy, Carlos Gonzalez and LAFD Engine Co. #106 Fire Paramedics, Smith and Gimenez, for helping me so expertly at the scene and getting me safely to  the hospital.
