KADUNA, Nigeria – Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nazir El-Rufai has pulled down Asher Restaurant and Bar, the alleged venue of the much publicized Kaduna Sex Party located at Dokaje by Kachia Road, Sabon Tasha, Kaduna.
The maiden edition of the Kaduna Sex Party, scheduled to hold 27 December, 2020 gained widespread Publication especially on social media showcasing a high level immorality that negates our Socio-Cultural, Religious and Traditional values/ beliefs, the Kaduna State Government said.
“This act of immorality is partly the reason why we are bedeviled with Security Challenges in our dear State. His Excellency the Executive Governor Mallam Nasiru El-Rufa’i in his proactive Leadership Style ordered the immediate arrest of the Organizers and KASUPDA to Demolish the Structure to forestall a re-occurrence.
“,Serve as a deterrent to such other Clubs that may or are intending to host similar or same event to desist and ensure they operate within the ambit of the Law”, the Kaduna State Government said.
While warning others who may be planning similar party in the future, the KSG said, “We wish to reiterate that the Government of Kaduna State through the Leadership of His Excellency with its Agencies is committed to ensuring that we have a serene, sane and decent environment and will not hesitate to deal decisively with any individual or group tries to engage in any act that expose our citizens to moral decadence”, the statement said.
