MAIDUGURI, Borno, Nigeria – Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Chief Timiprey Sylva and Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC team lead by its Group Managing Director, Mallam Mele Kyari have held a meeting with the Chief of Army Staff, Lt-General Tukur Buratai at the Maimalari Cantonment, Maiduguri.
The meeting held as NNPC prepares to commence operation in the Chad Basin. The Corporation has been working in partnership with the Nigerian military for hitch free operation in the Chad Basin.
At the meeting were, L-R: General Manager, Chad Basin, (NNPC), Mr Mohammed S. Ali, Group General Manager, Frontier Exploration Services, (NNPC), Mr. Abdullahi Bomai, NNPC GMD, Mallam Mele Kyari, Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Tukur Buratai, Honorable Minister of State, Petroleum Resources, Chief Timipre Sylva, and General Manager, Security, (NNPC), Mr. Abba Kaka Mohammed.
