LAGOS, Nigeria- The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has confirmed 160 new cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria, bringing all time cases to 59,287.
Out of the 59,287 all time cases, 50,718 patients have been discharged, while 1,113 others could not make it alive, leaving Nigeria with 7, 456 active cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria.
Breakdown of the new cases is as follows, Rivers-42, Lagos-32, Plateau-21, FCT-18, Kaduna-14, Ogun-11, Katsina-10, Kwara-3, Ondo-3, Imo-3, Anambra-1, Abia-1 and Oyo-1, making a total of 160 new cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria #coronavirusngr.

Globally, there are currently 34, 732, 557 confirmed cases, 1, 030, 321deaths, while 24, 109, 694 others have recovered, the Centre for Systems Science and Engineering, Johns Hopkins University, Maryland has reported.
According to the centre, the United States remains the most affected country reporting 7, 367, 537 all time cases, 209, 162 patients have passed on, while 2,873, 369 others have recovered, leaving the United States with 4, 285, 006 active cases of Coronavirus #coronavirusus,(41, 822 new cases) followed by India with 6,473, 544 confirmed cases, 100, 842 patients have passed on, while 5, 427, 706 others have survived the virus, leaving India with 944, 996 patients needing medical care to get back on their feet(79, 476 new cases) and Brazil with 4, 880, 523 all time cases, 145, 388 deaths and 4, 324, 676 recoveries, leaving Brazil with 410, 459 active cases of Coronavirus #coronavirusbrazil(33, 431 new cases).
Russia remains the 4th country most affected with 1, 198, 663 confirmed cases, 21, 153 lives have been lost to the virus, while 972, 249 others have been discharged, leaving Russia with 205, 261 active cases of Coronavirus #coronavirusrussia,(9, 735 new cases) followed by Colombia which has confirmed 841, 532 cases, 26, 397 patients are now more while 753, 953 others have been discharged, leaving Colombia with 61, 182 active cases of Coronavirus(6, 193 new cases) and Peru, which has documented 821, 564 cases of the virus, 32, 609 patients are no more, while 695,645 others have been given clean bill of health, leaving Peru with 93, 310 patients down with the virus, hoping for the best of medical care to get back on their feet(3, 267 new cases).

Spain has come up as the 7th country worst hit by the Coronavirus pandemic, documenting, 789,932 all time cases, 32, 086 deaths and 150, 376 recoveries, leaving Spain with about 607, 470 patients for the authority to assist to get back on their feet and Argentina with 779,689 all time cases of the pandemic, 20, 599 patients have been killed by the pandemic, while 614, 515 others have been discharged, leaving Argentina with 144, 575 active cases of Coronavirus #coronavirusargentina (14, 687 new cases) and Mexico with 753, 090 all time cases of Coronavirus, 78, 492 deaths and 633, 806 recoveries, leaving Mexico with 40, 792 Coronavirus patients to assist medically to overcome the virus(4, 775 new cases).

Chile now stands as the 13th country most hit, reporting 468, 471 confirmed cases, 12, 919 patients are no more, while 440, 881 others have survived the ailment, leaving Chile with 14, 671 active cases of Coronavirus #coronairuschile,(1,881 new cases) followed by Iran which has confirmed 468,119 all time cases, 26, 746 deaths and 387, 675 recoveries, leaving Iran with 53, 698 patients to treat for the Coronavirus pandemic(3, 523 new cases) and Italy, now the 19th country most hit by the virus with 322, 751 all time cases, 35, 968 patients have been killed by the virus, while 231, 217 others are now hale and hearty, leaving Italy with 55, 566 active cases of Coronavirus #coronavirusitaly and China where Coronavirus was first reported(2, 843 new cases).
China has been pushed to the 44th country most hit by the virus, reporting 90, 588 cases, 4, 739 deaths while 85, 500 others have recovered, leaving China with 349 active cases of Coronavirus #coronaviruschina.
