Denies being a saboteur of Biafra struggle

LAGOS, Nigeria – Leader of the Niger Delta Volunteer Force, Asari Dokubo is furious with leader of the Independent People of Biafra(IPOB), Mr. Nnamdi Kanu.
In a new video Asari Dokubo described the IPOB leader as conman, a selfish person who is going about the Biafra struggle through the wrong route and in the process endangering the lives of his people.
Asari Dokubu was reacting to an IPOB publication in which the IPOB leader said he gave him N20 million for the training of 200 IPOB members from all over the world in his mansion in Cotonou.
“You claimed falsely that you gave me N20 million, that 200 of your men were sent for joint training in my Mansion in Cotonou”, he said, adding that even if his allegation were true, N12 million alone will go for feeding in 10 days, if they are to feed on N1000 per day.

“How about their security, the medicals and transportation”, he queried, adding that he has spent much in rescuing and protecting IPOB members whom he said are still with him helping him and even willing to deflect but for his unwillingness to take over Biafra members, whom he described as very nice people.
“They are still with me afraid to talk, most of them are grateful, they call me, I am more like their father and they are not happy about what is happening because they made the mistake of making …. Nnamadi Kanu their leader , he said.
Asari Dokubo in the video said the only sin he committee was advising IPOB not to boycott the election but to pick a trusted member to vie and defeat the enemies, adding that doing otherwise will amount to playing into the hands of the enemies.
“From the election in Anambra State, I said pick one candidate, support one candidate and let us defeat our enemies, I spoke with you, met with you junior brother that it was not in the interest of Biafra to leave power to our enemies by boycotting the election, because, that was where I went wrong, and that is where I became a saboteur. I am not an Anambra man”, he said.
He said that Kanu by his tactics has done more harm than good to the Biafra struggle.
“You want to be the only one, no body is troubling you, if you have kept to your own struggle and allow others if at the end of the day we arrive at the destination we will sit down at the round table but no, you want to be the only voice, you will send your people to abuse me…”
