3, 342, 302 confirmed cases worldwide with 238,506 deaths

LAGOS, Nigeria – The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed 238 new cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria, making a total of 2, 170 confirmed cases in Nigeria.
Out of the 238 cases confirmed, 92 were found in Kano, 36 in Abuja, 30 in Lagos, 16 in Gombe, 10 in Bauchi, 8 in Delta State, 6 in Oyo State, 5 in Zamfara, 5 in Sokoto, 4 in Ondo, 4 in Nasarawa, 3 in Kwara, 3 in Edo, 3 in Ekiti, 3 in Borno, 3 in Yobe, 2 in Adamawa, 1 in Niger, 1 in Imo, 1 in Ebonyi, 1 in Rivers and 1 in Enugu State.
The NCDC said that out of the 2170 confirmed cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria, 351 have recovered and subsequently discharged, while 68 patients could not make it alive.

So far, 3, 342, 302 cases of Coronavirus have been confirmed globally with 238, 506 deaths based on statistics by the John Hopkins University, Maryland.
The United States still tops the list of most affected countries. There are 1,103, 225 confirmed cases in the United States with 64, 808 deaths.
